About Abs After Babies

Abs After Babies, founded by Dr. Kelly, is a program that helps women achieve their health and fitness goals after having children. Dr. Kelly, who is a mother of four, a dentist, sports nutritionist, personal trainer, pre and post natal exercise specialist, and diastasis recti specialist, developed the program after her own experience with diastasis recti (abdominal separation) and an umbilical cord hernia. Through the program, Dr. Kelly aims to help women heal their diastasis recti and get their bodies back to optimal health. The program includes a science-based nutrition plan and monthly workout program, with modifications for those with diastasis recti, to help minimize the chances of developing it during pregnancy.
